I have just received my Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) designation from the Professional Photographic Certification Commission (a part of the Professional Photographers of America – PPA), the leading certification body for imaging professionals.
Currently, less than 3% of all professional photographers worldwide have achieved the CPP designation. It is the result of a comprehensive written exam and a critical review of a body of my work by an independent panel of judges from all around the country. They require re-certification every 5 years, thereby ensuring that Certified Professional Photographers will always stay current and produce only top-quality work.
What does this mean for my clients? It means that they can be confident that I have the technical capability and artistic vision to produce only the highest quality images for them, and that I will do so in an ethical manner that conforms to the strict code of conduct required of CPP designees.
